Payment has to be made online in advance, and NO CANCELLATIONS afterwards
Since Crochet Products are handmade with love, no two pieces will be the same; that's the beauty of true craftsmanship, as there might be slight variations in shape/size/color.

Please finalise all customisation details before order confirmation
Handwritten notes will be done on request, and bouquet wrapping with colors and themes will be customised (also depending on availability)
Order making requires 10-15 days, less or more, depending on order size
Payments accepted via Bank Transfer and JazzCash
Delivery is nationwide
Reem Made is not responsible for courier delays but will surely help in tracking the parcel
All products are handmade so exchange and return is impossible. In case of a genuine defect or wrong item, we will review the issue if the proof is sent with pictures/vidoes as soon as the parcel is received within 24 hours.
